A+ Environmental Solutions, LLC

A+ Environmental Solutions, LLC (AES), has fully-stocked trailers ready for immediate deployment to asbestos abatement sites. Our team of professionals are among the best in the industry. All AES asbestos and lead workers are certified and use safety precautions, procedures, and protective gear that meet or exceed federal, state, and local law. All wage protections required by law are followed and/or exceeded.

Asbestos abatement begins with the set up of containment systems that protect the public and personnel working in the vicinity. Air quality is closely monitored to maintain safe and healthy conditions. Certified AES asbestos technicians are qualified for all types of asbestos-containing material requiring abatement, including, but not limited to, sprayed on acoustic "popcorn" ceilings, sprayed on fireproofing, vinyl asbestos floor tile (vat) and associated mastic, “linoleum” (sheet vinyl flooring), roofing materials, sheetrock or gypsum wallboard, heating ducts, pipe insulation (TSI, thermal system insulation), cement pipe (Transite), and boiler insulation. All AES technicians are trained by independent AHERA-certified training centers.

What is Asbestos?

This naturally occurring silicate mineral with long, thin, fibrous crystals has been used in thousands of building products and hundreds of thousands of buildings throughout the United States. While asbestos has been banned for most uses since 1978, it is still hiding in buildings and homes all over the country.

It may be common opinion that asbestos was used only in flooring, shingles, and siding, yet it was also widely used in pipe wrapping, insulation, felt underlayments, simulated wood trim, sheathing, and other construction materials. It was used in cements, mastics, putties, and other types of sealants commonly used in roof applications. It was used in corrugated roofing and siding material. In many cases, entire attics were lined with asbestos, ceiling to floor.

Exposure to damaged acoustical “popcorn” ceilings, asbestos tiles, dilapidated asbestos insulation, and other asbestos products is dangerous and can result in lung-restrictive illnesses, cancer, and death.
